Total Self Defense Program
Total Self Defense focuses on practical methods to defend yourself
in real world situations. Participants learn how to use
sweeps, throws, takedowns, locks, punches, and kicks to
neutralize a variety of armed and unarmed attacks.
The program provides the student an opportunity to work one
on one with a partner. This enables the student to practice
a technique until they are comfortable with it and ready to
move on.
Participants are instructed in the correct
methods to painlessly receive takedowns and throws.
GOAL: To effectively defend yourself and others, in a
relaxed and fluid manner, while inflicting minimal injury
upon your attacker.
